Hair Transplant

The technique that we use is highly advanced & ultra refined version of FUE (follicular unit extraction) where follicular units are identified and removed randomly. Up to 35% of donor follicles can be extracted using the Patented Mechanized Follicle Extractor with a tiny 0.6 mm to 0.8 mm extractor without causing aesthetic thinning of donor area. Traditional manual FUE requires 0.9 mm - 1.2 mm manual punch extraction which unfortunately leaves visible dots at the back of the head in the donor site. Here at HAAWK clinic, with the help of tiny mechanized extractor, the donor site really is left fully intact and as it appeared before, following healing of the extraction sites. This is an outstanding benefit to the patient as many unsightly dots at the back of the head are not what one wants from a hair restoration procedure.

Another unique aspect of the procedure is that we can extract up to 3000 grafts (6000-7000 hair follicles in one procedure).  In addition to that we place a density of up to 75 hairs per cm2 as opposed to 30/45 hairs per cm2 which most other clinics are placing.  Density in the recipient site really is the key factor for achieving the high density results that all hair loss patients strive for. PRP for Hair Loss

Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is concentrated blood plasma which contains approximately five times the number of platelets found in normal circulating blood. In addition, blood plasma contains the growth factors and other bioactive proteins that aid in wound healing. Hair follicles survive through the absorption of oxygen from surrounding tissue. It is conjectured that the introduction of platelets and white blood cells through PRP would amplify the body’s naturally occurring wound healing mechanism. PRP also stimulate the stem cells (dermal papilla) of the newly transplanted hair follicles. PRP stimulates the growth of follicles, thereby reversing hair miniaturization seen in androgenetic alopecia and even preventing hair loss.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is the procedure of administering growth factors, vitamins & proteins in the scalp of patients suffering from hair fall. These substances are injected into mesoderm, a layer under skin, which is a link between tissues of skin and layer of fat. It facilitates in enhancing blood distribution, triggering cell metabolism and speeding up the revival of hair follicles.
